An excellent opportunity has arisen at Maxwell Hodge for two qualified Conveyancers to join our Residential Property Team. The positions will be based at our Woolton and Huyton Offices.

We are seeking applications from candidates who ideally have between 3 and 5 years’ experience of all residential conveyancing matters (including sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, mortgages and re-mortgages, joint ownerships, first registrations and equity release) and who are keen to develop their own caseload and contribute to the growth of the Team through marketing and business development.
The successful applicants will enjoy the autonomy of managing their own caseload whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced Team. There may also be occasional travel to any of our other offices to provide support or attend to clients.
Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, ILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 3 years’ experience.
Driving licence and own transport.
Managerial/supervisory and marketing/business development.

Woolton (44-46 Allerton Road, L25 7RG)
Permanent, Part-time (9am to 5.15pm 3 or 4 days per week)
Huyton (26 Sherbourne Square, L36 9UR):
Permanent, Full-time (9am to 5.15pm Monday-Thursday and 9am to 5pm on a Friday)
Holidays and Salary
The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable depending on experience. Annual holiday entitlement is dependent on your level of PQE. For example, if you are 3 years’ PQE, your holiday entitlement is 23 days (plus the bank holidays and an additional 3 days to be taken between Christmas and New Year).
