Lifetime Planning Lawyer – Huyton

Hours:                        9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

(alternative hours will be considered for the right candidate).

Location:                   Huyton Office, 26 Sherborne Square, L36 9UR

Experience:               5+ years PQE.

Previous Team Leader experience advantageous.

Must have driving licence and own car.

The Role

We are seeking applications from qualified Solicitors/Legal Executives who ideally have at least 5 years’ post qualification experience in all Private Client matters (including Wills, LPAs, Probate and Court of Protection), and who are keen to develop their own caseload and contribute to the growth of the Team through marketing and business development.

There is a broad range of high-quality work and the successful applicant will enjoy the autonomy of managing their own caseload whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced Team. There may also be occasional travel to any of our other offices to provide support or attend to clients.

Team Leader

We want to hear from candidates who are keen to progress and have management aspirations, as ideally, we want this role to progress after the 6-month probation period into a Trainee Team Leader position.

This will involve a period of 12-months training, working closely with the Director Responsible for the Team in relation to strategy, team plans and performance reviews for other members of the Team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is between £40,000 and £50,000 (plus Team Leader incentive) per annum depending on experience.

Annual holiday entitlement in a full calendar year is 25 days. This is in addition to bank holidays and an extra 3 days to be used between Christmas and New Year.

We have a health benefit in place, which employees are eligible to join after 6 months’ service.

In addition, we offer company sick pay, as well as paid dependant’s leave.
