The new rules will be relevant to accidents which occur on or after 1st October 2023.
Your solicitor will advise you on what this means for your claim.
Clinical Negligence Claims
Clinical Negligence Claims are not currently subject to FRC, however incidents occurring on or after the 1st October 2023, where liability and causation are admitted, will be subject to FRC.
Again, your solicitor will advise you as to what this may mean and any impact this may have on your claim.
