Kristina Stoddern
I am a Director of Maxwell Hodge and responsible for the Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Teams. I am based at our Huyton Office.
I am a Solicitor and both qualified and joined Maxwell Hodge in 2005. I act for clients in Medical Negligence and Personal Injury cases and have been carrying out this type of work for many years and have experience of a wide range of cases. I also advise and act for clients in disputes such as inheritance disputes, property disputes and contract disputes.
I love working at Maxwell Hodge as we have a great team of people who support and assist one another. This is reflected in the fact that a lot of our colleagues have stayed with us for so long. We value our loyal staff and we would not be where we are today without them.
We are involved in the communities that are local to our office locations. I really enjoy networking and getting out and about, and making new business connections within those local communities.
As the supervisor of more junior members of our Team, I have been passionate over the years about sharing my experience and knowledge with people wishing to advance their careers, and helping them to grow and learn. This is such a rewarding part of the job. I also regularly assist at the Edge Hill University Law Clinic, which is such a valuable experience for the law students and gives the public access to a free legal service.
