PROPERTY TEAM

I joined Maxwell Hodge in 2022 as a Senior Conveyancer to cover both the Huyton and Woolton offices. I was warmly welcomed when I joined the company, quickly feeling familiar and supported, which is exactly what you want in any profession.

I have worked in conveyancing since landing my first ever job as an office junior whilst awaiting my GCSE results.  I loved it and worked my way from office junior, to eventually managing my own team – and fell in love with conveyancing. I have gained a wealth of ‘on the job’ knowledge and my experience and knowledge gained over the years assists my team mates when needed. I have also formed many business relationships over the years with estate agents and clients, which can contribute to further business at the company.

I love all aspects of my job, but particularly love transactions that may not be the ‘run of mill’ and a straightforward process we would all like – but one you can get your teeth stuck into. I enjoy working together with all parties to achieve the end result and then telling your client the good news!! There is no better feeling than achieving your clients’ wishes, which is to complete on their dream home.
