I joined Maxwell Hodge in 2017 as Simon’s PA. This role quickly developed and I progressed into the role of Head of HR, something I was aspiring to achieve as I was already studying for a degree in Business and Human Recourses Management. Beyond this, I continued my studying and went on to achieve an MSc in Human Recourses Management. I am currently an associate member of the CIPD.

When undertaking my dissertations, I focused on organisational change and development as well as employee engagement and leadership, as these are the areas of HR that most interest me.

I have a stimulating and fulfilling career in HR and I am passionate about working alongside the Board to make positive changes to the business, particularly in relation to recruitment and retention and ensuring that our people have an enjoyable and meaningful employee experience. Wellbeing is at the forefront of what we do and what we set out to achieve by enhancing our offering to employees through training and development, reward and recognition and ultimately, nourishing an effective employee-employer relationship.

We are fortunate to have Company Directors who are eager to hear suggestions and feedback from all staff, and overall we have a supportive culture with a team of colleagues who work hard for each other and our clients.
