WILLS, PROBATE AND LIFETIME PLANNING TEAM

I am a Chartered Legal Executive in our Lifetime Planning Team based at our Maghull Office. My area of expertise is in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Probate matters.

I have worked at Maxwell Hodge since 1984, and love working here. I started my career as a receptionist, and I am forever grateful to the Partners at the time who saw potential in me and encouraged me to proceed on the route to becoming a Legal Executive. I qualified in 1998.

I have a large client base and now act for children of clients who I first acted for many years ago, and who now regard me as their family solicitor. I have an excellent relationship with my clients and enjoy meeting with them face to face. It is very important to me to make my clients feel at ease and give that ‘personal touch’ to ensure they have a positive client experience, particularly during what can be an emotional time, especially if they have lost a loved one.
